A flaky pastry cut into triangles is filled with coronation grapes that have been stewed with sugar and lemon juice. Baked until golden brown and topped with powdered sugar.

 ¼ cup white sugar
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 ½ tsp lemon juice
 2 cups Ontario Coronation grapes
 2 squares, puff pastry, thawed
 1 egg yolk
 ¼ cup icing sugar

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).

2

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and grapes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Fold each in half diagonally to form a triangle; press the tips of the triangles together to seal and brush with egg wash. Repeat with the second square of puff pastry.
