Ontario peach slices are grilled and layered with honey whipped yogurt and ginger oat granola. Served in mason jars.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 firm Ontario peaches, pitted and quartered
1 ½ cups plain, 2% Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey
1 cup ginger oat granola
DIRECTIONS

In a medium sized bowl, mix together melted butter and peaches, toss in brown sugar.

Heat griddle or BBQ to medium-high heat and place peaches on it. Cook for two minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and leave to cool before chopping into cubes.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl whip the Greek yogurt and honey together.

To assemble, place peach cubes at the bottom of a small mason jar, add a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola. Add another layer of peaches, yogurt and granola. Repeat until jar is full and serve.
Tip - Have extra honey on hand for drizzling.
